The hotel is in a convenient location close to bus stops and a weekend fresh market. The rooms need renovation as they are outdated and not very clean, but they have everything you need. The service is excellent and helpful, though at times they seem overworked. The dining experience could be improved as the dishes were not properly washed. The hotel is a good base for exploring Geneva and the surrounding areas.
